Privacy Policy

How Rankfolk collects, uses and protects information when you visit rankfolk.com.

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Rankfolk ("we", "us") collects when you visit https://rankfolk.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you.

Information you give us through our free tools. If you ask for a report by email, we collect your email address and, if you choose to add it, your business name. We use them to send you the report you asked for. If you also tick the box to receive tips, we add your email address to our mailing list, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and the services it uses may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website and the time of your visit. This is collected through cookies, web beacons and similar technologies.

Our free tools

  • Website Audit. When you enter a website address, our server visits that public website and asks Google's PageSpeed Insights service to test it. We use the results to show your score. We don't store the results on our servers; they are kept in your browser and included in the email if you ask for one.
  • Google Visibility Scorecard. Your answers are scored in your browser. They are only sent to our server if you ask us to email your results.
  • Review Request Generator. Everything you type, and the QR code, is created in your browser and is not sent to us.

Emails. We send reports and tips through Resend, an email delivery service, which stores the email addresses and messages needed to deliver them and keep our mailing list.

Bot protection. Our tools use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that requests come from people rather than automated bots. Turnstile processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details for this purpose.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our partners use them to keep the Site working, understand how it is used, and show advertising. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.
  • To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, through a Google certified consent message.

Analytics

We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. These services collect information about your visit in aggregate form to help us improve our content.

Affiliate links

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. When you click one, the company you visit may use cookies to record that you came from our Site. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
